平成15年度9月24日(水）に精研談話会が開催されました．　　
ドイツ・ミュンヘン工科大学 Dr.-Ing. Thomas Thuemmel(トーマス　チュムメル)先生をお招きして下記の内容で開催いたしました．参加者数20名。

題目:

(2)Dynamics and Active Control of High-speed Mechanisms --Experiment, Simulation and Verification--
